Thursday Workshop In Person: Foolproof Fun With Fabrics with Emily Taylor

In Foolproof Fun With Fabric, we will learn how to make a collage quilt using Emily’s Foundation Panel and “Easy-Peasy, Paint-by-Number with Fabric” method.  Emily will guide us through color theory and how to apply it to our collage quilt, as well as fabric selection and basic supplies for success.  Plan to get a little one-on-one time with her, too!  This workshop is suitable for all levels – come join the fun!

As part of this workshop, you must purchase your Foundation Panel pattern direct from Emily.  You can do that on the day of class, or ahead of time at collagequilter.com. Your pre-printed Foundation Panel has the design printed in shades of gray to guide fabric selection and fabric placement.  You may select any one of the Foundation Panel patterns you find on Emily’s website, except for the horse (it is too advanced for this class).  Please wait until August 1st to make your online purchase – when checking out, use promo code ECQG2023 to receive a 20% discount on everything in your cart, so please check out her other supplies.  The promo code can only be used once, so please make sure to put everything in your cart before you complete your transaction.  To ensure your pattern arrives in time for this workshop, we recommend completing your purchase with Emily 2 weeks ahead of class.

Registration is open to all.  Workshop registration opens to members on June 5, 2023. Registration opens to non-members on July 5, 2023. This workshop is limited to 24 students. Registration is made by payment of the workshop fee and is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment must be made by credit card at the time of registration to secure your place in the workshop. Workshop Fee: $55 Members / $65 Non-Members

Cancellation Deadline is August 10, 2023.  You must notify programs@ecqg.com at least 14 days prior to the workshop to receive a refund. In accordance with Square’s policy, a processing fee of $1.90 will be deducted from any refunds.  Workshop fees are non-refundable after this date. Workshop registration is non-transferable.

Deadline to register is 5 pm the day prior to the workshop (subject to availability).
