Quilt Store
The Quilt Store will combine the display of consignment quilts and donated items for sale, made by guild members.
Donated Items
Donated items will feature wall hangings, bags (purses, tote bags, luggage, zip pouches), fabric art objects (vases and bowls, pillows, placemat sets), and quilts up to 160″ in perimeter. Small items such as ornaments or coasters may be included as a set. “Bring us your best” in workmanship and materials. Items will be reviewed by a committee, priced at $20 or more, and tagged with the maker’s name. We need your donations! All proceeds benefit the Guild. Donations will be accepted on May 28 and 29, 2026, at the guild meetings, and on May 31, 2026, at quilt drop-off at the Cobb County Civic Center. If you are not able to bring items at these times, other arrangements can be made.
Consignment Quilts
The Quilt Store will accept quilts larger than 160” in perimeter for consignment. Many visitors to the show come to shop for quilts, so if you have some you would like to sell, this is the chance you have been waiting for. Quilts must be made by a current ECQG member, be of good quality and workmanship, and be completed (no tops or quilt blocks). The Guild member will set the price, and the quilts will be sold on a consignment basis. The creator will receive 75% of the sales price, and the Guild will keep a 25% fee, from which we will pay the sales tax. Consignments will be accepted on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at the Cobb County Civic Center during quilt drop-off. If you are not able to bring items at these times, other arrangements can be made. Any unsold consignment quilts will be picked up by the quilter from the Cobb County Civic Center on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
